We want you to love your Hill House pieces, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
